Soccer Dome is proud to present the INNOVATIVE U-6 Instructional League of the Triangle
This one of a kind U-6 Instructional program is designed for beginners 4, 5, and 6 years old. Each meeting consists of 30 minutes of skill work followed by a scrimmage. There are 7 classes each season. The excitement and enthusiasm has been terrific! We now have more classes to offer our students. The cost for this class is $75.00.
Beginner level classes are for those children who have never played or are new to the game. These classes will be offered on Sunday at 1:00pm, 2:00pm. Tuesday's beginner class are at 4:30 or 5:30, Wednesday at 5:30pm, and Thursday's classes are at at either 3:30pm or 5:30pm. Saturday's class is at 11:00am.
Intermediate level classes are for those players who have taken the Beginner class, and who are on their way to the Advanced Level. The Intermediate is also offered to 5 or 6 year olds who have never played, but can follow instructions and desire to learn. These classes will be offered on Sunday at 3:00pm, Monday at 6:30pm, Tuesday at 6:30pm, Wednesday at 4:30pm, Thursday at 4:30pm, and Saturday classes are either 12:00pm or 2:00pm.
Advanced level classes (for those previously enrolled in our U-6 Instructional Class) will be offered at Monday 5:30pm, Tuesday at 6:30pm or Saturday at 1:00pm.
Advanced Plus class is for those players "on the verge of graduation," will be offered Wednesday at 6:30pm. This class is targeted to those players placed by their coach at this level.
The Facility
Soccer Dome America has three professional style indoor fields complete with padded artificial turf and dasher boards that surround the actual playing surface. The third minifield has been added especially for the U-6 Instructional League. It is ideal for the little ones. The boards around the field keep the ball in play so no time is wasted retrieving balls that might have gone out of bounds. Raised spectator bleachers, heating and air conditioning have been added to compliment our facility. The Corner Kick, our concessions area, includes a big screen television and arcade games.
The Results
The children who are coming through the program are moving up at their own pace. It may be after the 1st season or a few seasons. You will know when they are ready. There is no question about what the program can do. It develops their self-esteem, teaches sharing (passing the ball), and gives them team spirit. Most importantly, they have fun!
